Making a Donation is a good way to volunteer.

AWON is a humanitarian, non-profit, nonpolitical service organization under section 501(c)3 of the Federal Tax Code (EINB #91-1538912). Donations are tax deductable.

Our Wishlist includes Scholarships, as we have longtime AWON Volunteers who work so long and hard for AWON that they can’t afford to go to AWON Conferences. They could use a sponsor or a series of small sponsors to help. But this is just one example of some of the things we need.

To increase the awareness of AWON, we have brochures to print – to replenish the inventories at our 16 ABMC American cemeteries around the world. We have ads to run (and the media cost to support them) so we can fulfill our mission to find other WWII orphans, and to let them know that they aren’t alone. We need to do mailings to a number of WWII groups. We can be convincing MUSEUMS around the world to carry the HONOR ROLL feed from our Website. There are MANY things we might do to further the already identified objectives of AWON.
